Odacio is a lively and intense, 100% Arabica Vertuo coffee. The Nicaraguan Arabica gives this cup its soft and solid cereal note while we blended in a touch of Ethiopian Arabica to add a splash of acidity and delicate fruitiness. Using a split roast technique, these coffees are each roasted long and light to develop the body and structure while keeping the acidity and aromatics intact. Odacio is full-bodied with cereal notes and then dares to surprise you with it's flourish of fruitiness and delicate acidity. It is bold and lively, hitting your palate with great elegance.
